Before At the beginning of this work, our country did not have a unified national database that would include donors with numerous genotypes characteristic of Russia.

Now it has already been established and is now being developed as the National Bone Marrow Donor Registry. With the consent of our donors, we named the register Vasya Perevoshchikov – an ordinary boy from the Russian outback. He did not find a donor, and he died in February 2015 at the Research Institute. Bone marrow donation all over the world is based on three mandatory principles: voluntariness, gratuitousness, anonymity.
Our register was created and developed on the same principles.
